IsBridgeUp, operated by KarasSoft LLC, lets people share real-time bridge status reports and live-stream links. That user-generated content is what makes the app useful — and it comes with a firm rule: there is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

You must be 13 or older

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, report bridge status, or post a stream link. Before you create an account, you must confirm that you are 13 or older and agree to these rules.

What is not allowed

When you report a status or share a stream, you agree not to post content that is:

• harassing, threatening, hateful, or abusive toward any person;
• sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable;
• spam, scams, or deliberately false bridge information;
• a link to content that violates the above, or a third party's rights.

Reporting content

Every user-submitted item — status reports and stream links — has a Report control. Tap it, choose a reason, and the report is sent to us immediately. When a piece of content is reported by multiple people, it is automatically hidden pending review.

Blocking users

You can block the author of any report or stream. Once blocked, that person's stream links and name no longer appear to you. You can review and remove your blocks anytime from your profile.

Our commitment

We review reports of objectionable content and abusive behavior within 24 hours and remove content and ban users that violate these rules. Moderation is about content and conduct: it does not mean we verify that bridge status reports are accurate, and we cannot promise that every objectionable post will be caught before someone sees it.

Stay safe on the road

Bridge status in IsBridgeUp can be delayed or wrong. Do not use the app while driving — check it before you set off, while safely parked, or ask a passenger. Always obey traffic signals, bridge gates, signs, bridge operators, and law enforcement, whatever the app shows. See Section 4 of our Terms of Service.
